Lisbon, the beautiful

Tramway, easyvoyage.com

We arrived in Lisbon around 8am and stayed there for 3 days. We had breakfast at Pop Cafe Cereal and the manager told us about a hotel not very expensive and close to the sea. Indeed, the "BELÉM HOSTEL" was not very expensive on average 15 euros with free breakfast per person. We decided to serve breakfast in the morning and cleaning the common areas in order to earn a free night. In the afternoon we went for a walk along the beach and we visited the "MUDE the Museum of Design and Fashion" in Lisbon. Then, at the end of the visit, we were at the place of commerce "Praça do Comércio". It is a public place by the river with a famous arch and a statue. In the evening, we attended the "Feast of Holy Representatives", these festivals are held each year from June 1 to 30 in neighborhoods of Lisbon.

The next day, we worked at the hotel. The program of the afternoon was the discovery of the district of Belem (very well known and colorful district of Lisbon). Then we took the famous Lisbon metro to go to the "Padrao Dos Descobrimentos "and to the" Belem Tower. "In the evening we went to a bar called" Foxtrot "where the boss's son suggested we go help him work in his restaurant the next day.

The third day we helped for the lunch service in the restaurant called "Rio Coura". The young owner was very generous with us and we received 140€. Then we went shopping and took advantage of the beach where we could taste a Portuguese specialty "pasteis de Belem". In the evening, we went to the neighborhood of "Bairro Alto" where people sympathize by taking their drink in the narrow streets of the neighborhood. We then took the road towards Madrid around 3am.
